Stitching into Images

Stitching into Images

‘Stitching into Images’ is a 7-page resource (PDF) that shows students more than 8 ways to work into their own photographs with stitch.  It’s packed with good advice and tips and often asks questions to encourage an individualised response.  It assumes that students have taken their own photographs to stitch into which could be on any theme.

This download is ideal for GCSE, A Level, AP art or choice based courses where students are following an independent path.  I designed this because I frequently get students who are inspired by artists who stitch into images and now I can give them this resource packed full of ideas on how to proceed.

There are two versions of some pages in ‘Stitching into Images’  to allow for different spellings of ‘colour’ and ‘color’ and ’emphasise’ and ’emphasize’ and ‘harmonious’ and analogous’.
