Marking a Drawing with a Sticker – Amazing Time-Saver! (USA)

1572

This is the version for the USA and uses the word ‘value’ rather than ‘tone’.  There is a UK version here.

‘Marking a drawing with a Sticker’ is a brilliant way to cut your marking time right down.  This download comes with 7 different phrases, each of which fills an A4 page.  Just print them at the beginning of the year onto stickers and see your workload go down.

The wording includes the 7 most frequent things that art teachers find themselves writing when marking a drawing.  Each one is written as a target for improvement.  For example, improving the overall shape, adding darker tones, how not to smudge and more.

Each image is 45mm in diameter, so small enough not to be intrusive but large enough to read.  You can buy stickers of the right size here.

Marking a Drawing with a sticker is one of many Art Assessment resources on The Arty Teacher.

This resource is A4.  If you would like me to create this resource in ‘Letter’ size, let me know by emailing me at info@theartyteacher.com
